Refund and Returns Policy for Baltic Playback Theatre and Psychodrama School
1. Ticket Sales for Performances:
- Refund Eligibility: Tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather), patrons will receive a full refund or credit for a future performance.
- Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for another performance within the same season if requested at least 48 hours prior to the original performance.
- No-Show Policy: Unfortunately, if a ticket holder does not attend the performance, the ticket will be considered forfeited, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
2. Educational Modules for Students:
- Withdrawal and Refunds: Students wishing to withdraw from a module must notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund (minus a processing fee of EUR 75).
- Pro-rated Refunds: If a withdrawal is made between 7 to 14 days prior to the start date, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is made less than 7 days before the start date of the module.
- Transfer Option: Students may transfer their enrollment to a future module if they notify us 14 days in advance. This transfer is subject to availability.
