This adventure was created for us to get to know the people and cities of the Baltics.
There will be several cars in our group. We start on July 26th in Tallinn, then go to Tartu, Riga, Liepāja, possibly Klaipėda (not yet confirmed), and then on to Kaunas and Vilnius.
In each city, we meet with locals, do something together, walk around, and talk. We sleep as cheaply as possible — in campgrounds or hostels.
It all started with Kris’s dream — he wanted to travel around the Baltic Sea in an electric car. Well, he’s already on the road. And we’re organizing our traveling forum — BPTPS, the Baltic Playback Theatre School. The school was only recently registered, and we don’t know much about our teams yet — but after Vagabunga, we will know more.
Many things got in the way, but we are determined to go ahead.
It’s not just for fun.
We will be exploring conflicts — internal, social, geopolitical, and others. Not that we’ll be actively provoking them, but we’ll observe attentively, think diligently, and discuss sincerely.
Anyone with a car can join us — you don’t have to be a playbacker, and it’s free.
Many of us simply don’t have time to talk. I believe the Vagabunga evenings will help fill that gap.
There’s “no sense, no use, no order, no rhyme or reason” to all this…
It’s all just about people and adventures.
Christian Winther is keeping track of participants — if you’d like to join with your car, write to him.
