Psychodrama als Methode
Psychodrama draws on three connected methods:
- Das Psychodrama selbst involves the exploration and management of one’s own internal roles.
- Sociometry – a method for measuring interpersonal relationships that arise within a group during human interactions.
- Gruppentherapie offers the opportunity to explore one’s internal psychological processes by actively participating in a group, reflecting a part of the real world in which people live.
Menschen sind soziale Wesen, die andere um sich herum brauchen, um ihren eigenen Wert und ihre Verbindung zur Gesellschaft zu spüren. Psychodrama hat zahlreiche Varianten. Seine Techniken werden nicht nur in der Gruppenarbeit mit Erwachsenen und Kindern angewendet, sondern auch individuell, wobei verschiedene Objekte als Hilfs-Ichs eingesetzt werden.

Ausbildung von Psychodramatikern
Studierende aus verschiedenen Ländern können eine qualitativ hochwertige psychodramatische Ausbildung bei führenden Psychodrama-Meistern erhalten. Die Ausbildung erfolgt in Präsenz während 5-tägiger Trainingsmodule, die viermal jährlich im Abstand von drei Monaten stattfinden.
Training in psychodramatischen Denkfähigkeiten fürs Leben
Die Beherrschung von Autodrama-Techniken und deren Anwendung in Alltagssituationen trägt zu einer stabileren inneren Haltung bei und steigert die allgemeine Lebensqualität. Das Training wird sowohl online als auch in Präsenz durchgeführt.
Supervisionsgruppen
Supervisors at the school have years of experience practising psychodrama and create a supportive, friendly environment in which psychodrama specialists discuss work difficulties and refine their professional skills. Supervision groups are conducted both online and in person.
