Lithuanian team “4Rooms”

On November 6, in Vilnius, the Lithuanian team “4Rooms” held a performance dedicated to the theme of limitations we encounter throughout our lives.

The performance was rich with stories of conflicts, separation, feelings of disconnection, and efforts to stay afloat amidst autumnal moods and general fatigue. These are complex topics, and the team managed to share a resource of energy, humor, and courage—offering their own “recipes” for navigating difficult stages and cycles in life.

The “4Rooms” team consists of professional actors and is an experimental theater that uses various theatrical methods and techniques to explore social processes, unlock the creative potential of performance participants, and discuss social life events through the art of theater.

It’s important for us to see the ideas of Playback Theater reaching the professional actors community. It’s also essential to understand the time and effort required to master the craft of playback theater.

The “4Rooms” team is at the beginning of their journey on this challenging path, and we welcome and support them along the way. We value collaboration with colleagues from parallel areas of theater, and we eagerly look forward to seeing 4Rooms at conferences and training courses with Baltic Playback Theatre and Psychodrama School.
