This Saturday, May 11, in Ash-Life space, from 14.00 to 17.00 will be held a master class \"Music of the soul and body\".
In the course of the class, through music, patterns of rhythm and peculiarities of body living rhythms, participants will be able to touch the needs of their soul, to direct energy to their conscious realization, as well as to work with mental blocks on the way to achieving personal aims and realization of life challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Master class presenter: Dr. psych. Maria Bambulyaka, psychologist, psychotherapy specialist, psychodramatist, international leader of playback theater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The body is wise, body never lies. In the words and explanations of the mind we can get confused - and the body is always ready to show us what is happening in its subjective, but very concrete reality.
The body is perhaps the only thing we really, truly, own.
And music is the language of the soul. It may not even have words, but the melody touches the heart and it responds. The response is manifested by the body's reaction and we understand, feel what the soul wants to tell us through body.
This connection we can better understand ourselves, live the rhythms and hear about ourselves what the mind can not notice and what does not fit into words.
This process takes time and space, which is hard to give ourselves in the hustle and bustle of the routine days.
Invite you to take part in a 3-hour master class aimed at establishing one of the channels of communication between body, soul and mind. Using Gabriella Roth's 5 Rhythms model, playback theater techniques and psychodrama elements, we will live the actual states of the body, get in touch with the messages of the soul, and outline strategies for further development in balance and harmony with ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
