Der K\u00f6rper ist vielleicht das Einzige, was uns wirklich geh\u00f6rt.
Und Musik ist die Sprache der Seele. Sie hat vielleicht nicht einmal Worte, doch die Melodie ber\u00fchrt das Herz und es antwortet. Die Antwort zeigt sich in der Reaktion des K\u00f6rpers, und wir verstehen und f\u00fchlen, was die Seele uns durch den K\u00f6rper sagen m\u00f6chte.
Durch diese Verbindung k\u00f6nnen wir uns selbst besser verstehen, die Rhythmen leben und \u00fcber uns selbst h\u00f6ren, was der Verstand nicht wahrnehmen kann und was nicht in Worte passt.
Dieser Prozess braucht Zeit und Raum, die wir uns in der Hektik des Alltags nur schwer geben k\u00f6nnen.
Wir laden Sie ein, an einem dreist\u00fcndigen Meisterkurs teilzunehmen, der darauf abzielt, einen der Kommunikationskan\u00e4le zwischen K\u00f6rper, Seele und Geist zu erschlie\u00dfen. Mithilfe des 5-Rhythmen-Modells von Gabriella Roth, Playback-Theater-Techniken und Psychodrama-Elementen erleben wir die aktuellen Zust\u00e4nde des K\u00f6rpers, treten mit den Botschaften der Seele in Kontakt und skizzieren Strategien f\u00fcr die weitere pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung in Balance und Harmonie mit uns selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the course of the class, through music, patterns of rhythm and peculiarities of body living rhythms, participants will be able to touch the needs of their soul, to direct energy to their conscious realization, as well as to work with mental blocks on the way to achieving personal aims and realization of life challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The body is perhaps the only thing we really, truly, own.
And music is the language of the soul. It may not even have words, but the melody touches the heart and it responds. The response is manifested by the body's reaction and we understand, feel what the soul wants to tell us through body.
This connection we can better understand ourselves, live the rhythms and hear about ourselves what the mind can not notice and what does not fit into words.
This process takes time and space, which is hard to give ourselves in the hustle and bustle of the routine days.
Invite you to take part in a 3-hour master class aimed at establishing one of the channels of communication between body, soul and mind.
