Oktober, verwandelte sich die Aula der Schule R\u012bgas Nat\u0101lijas Draudzi\u0146as vidusskola den ganzen Tag \u00fcber in ein Theaterstudio. Von 11:00 bis 17:00 Uhr nahmen Rigaer P\u00e4dagogen an einem Einf\u00fchrungskurs in Playback Theater teil. Der Kurs wurde gemeinsam mit dem Rigaer Methodischen Zentrum f\u00fcr Interessensunterricht durchgef\u00fchrt und von Beata B\u0113rzi\u0146a, einer Playback-Theater-Praktikerin und Theaterregisseurin, geleitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Kurs fand dank der Unterst\u00fctzung unserer Sponsoren statt, daher war die Teilnahme f\u00fcr Lehrer kostenlos. Ihre Berufe unterschieden sich, aber ihre Frage war dieselbe: Wie k\u00f6nnen wir Jugendliche besser verstehen und echten Kontakt mit ihnen aufbauen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Playback Theater f\u00fcr Lehrer: Wesen und Bedeutung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bptps.lv\/de\/playback\/\">Playback<\/a> ist eine Form des Improvisationstheaters. Sie basiert auf echten Geschichten, die vom Publikum erz\u00e4hlt werden und die Schauspieler spontan nachspielen. In der Schule wird Playback Theater zu einer Methode, bei der jede Stimme geh\u00f6rt wird. Es hilft der Lehrkraft, die Gruppe, die Beziehungen und die emotionale Kultur der Klasse aufzubauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr P\u00e4dagogen - drei Hauptvorteile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Das vereint eine Klasse zu einer Gruppe.<\/strong> Gibt den Stillen eine Stimme, lindert Spannungen zwischen Sch\u00fclern und macht sichtbar, was im Unterricht normalerweise verborgen bleibt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entwickelt emotionale F\u00e4higkeiten.<\/strong> Durch das Nachspielen von Geschichten bemerken Kinder ihre eigenen Gef\u00fchle und die anderer, lernen, ihre Erfahrungen zu benennen und sich gegenseitig wirklich zuzuh\u00f6ren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Passt zu Unterricht und Seelsorge.<\/strong> Die Methode funktioniert im Literatur-, Geschichte- und Sozialkundeunterricht sowie in Klassenleiterstunden und Charakterbildungsaktivit\u00e4ten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erst Schauen, Dann Versuchen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die erste Playback Theater-Auff\u00fchrung gaben die Mitglieder von Beatas Theatergruppe. Sie h\u00f6rten Geschichten von Erwachsenen im Saal und spielten sie sofort auf der B\u00fchne auf. Danach beantworteten sie die Fragen der Lehrer und erkl\u00e4rten, warum sie sich f\u00fcr jede Form entschieden hatten. F\u00fcr Beata war es ein stolzer Moment: Sie schreibt, dass sie sehr gl\u00fccklich und stolz auf \"ihre\" jungen Menschen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als die P\u00e4dagogen selbst die B\u00fchne betraten, verschwand die Leichtigkeit, die sie vom Publikum aus beobachtet hatten. Nach einem Aufw\u00e4rmen und Aufmerksamkeits\u00fcbungen probierte die Gruppe die Kurzformen Transformation, Palette und Fl\u00fcssige Skulptur. Dann bewegten sie sich zur Langform Echo, die sich als die schwierigste erwies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Es stellte sich heraus, dass wir nicht einmal bis drei z\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen, ganz zu schweigen vom gemeinsamen Spiel!\" gab ein Teilnehmer zu.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hinter dem Witz steckt eine ernsthafte Beobachtung. Im Playback Theater kannst du nicht allein auftreten: du musst deinen Partner beobachten, seinen Impuls erfassen und rechtzeitig reagieren. Viele Lehrer haben bemerkt, wie sehr sie im Trubel des Alltags auf sich selbst fokussiert sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was Teilnehmer mitnahmen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teilnehmer lobten die kreative Atmosph\u00e4re und durchdachte Inhalte. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug, und viele planten bereits, neue Techniken zu nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Wir wollen auf jeden Fall zu Beata zur\u00fcckkommen f\u00fcr mehr Playback Theater!\" schrieb einer der Lehrer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ihr Hauptwunsch war ein zweit\u00e4giges Format, um die Methode gr\u00fcndlicher zu erkunden. Wir haben es geh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was die Organisatoren sagen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beata B\u0113rzi\u0146a has been teaching Playback for many years and works mostly with teenagers. What she liked most was that people received the method &#8220;simply and easily&#8221;. She called the participants a &#8220;fantastic company&#8221;, and in her post she thanked everyone for the mood and the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antra \u0145ju\u0161a, leitende Spezialistin des Methodischen Zentrums f\u00fcr Interessenbildung in Riga, sagte, dass der Kurs \"ins Schwarze traf\".
