Unsere akademische Philosophie an der Baltic Playback Theater and Psychodrama School (BPTPS) basiert auf der \u00dcberzeugung, dass Bildung ein transformativer und st\u00e4rkender Prozess ist. Wir betrachten Lernen als eine Reise der Selbstfindung und des Wachstums, bei der Einzelpersonen ermutigt werden, ihre Kreativit\u00e4t zu erforschen, ihre F\u00e4higkeiten zu entwickeln und ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis von sich selbst und der Welt um sie herum zu vertiefen.<\/p>\n

Im Mittelpunkt unserer Philosophie steht die Idee, dass Bildung ganzheitlich und inklusiv sein und unterschiedliche Perspektiven und Erfahrungen ber\u00fccksichtigen sollte. Wir sch\u00e4tzen erfahrungsbasiertes Lernen, aktive Teilnahme und praktische \u00dcbungen als wesentliche Bestandteile einer effektiven Bildung. Durch die Auseinandersetzung mit realen Herausforderungen und Chancen erwerben die Studierenden praktische F\u00e4higkeiten und Kenntnisse, die sie in ihrem Privat- und Berufsleben anwenden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Bei BPTPS legen wir Wert darauf, eine unterst\u00fctzende und kollaborative Lernumgebung zu schaffen. Wir glauben an die Kraft der Gemeinschaft und kollektiven Weisheit, in der Sch\u00fcler voneinander lernen, ihre Erkenntnisse teilen und sich gegenseitig auf ihrem Bildungsweg unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n
